Augusta, Georgia
Augusta, Georgia, is the home base for AORE and an exceptional success story. Founded by Justin Anderson and Don Morant, it now fills a unique location in the CSRA one Saturday a month with eager investors and experienced investors who comfortably interact to grow their passion of real estate.
“Millionaires have been made in this room, and there are many more to come,” Justin says, “but it’s always done one property at a time.” AORE is here for the investor who wants to learn how to do it right and be successful. “We have literally changed lives forever,” Don comments, “and there is an energy here that is hard to contain.”
In addition to the Saturday meetings once a month, AORE Augusta offers regular classes for investors and coaching. The pledge to emphasize local accountability and on-going training makes AORE Augusta the best real estate investment one can make.
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association (OKCREIA) is an AORE affiliate. Founded in 2001, it is Oklahoma's original and oldest association of independent real estate investors.

In addition to regular Thursday meetings once a month, you will find AORE training materials, people and special classes that will help nurture the beginner and elevate the experienced. Local people helping local people. That’s the AORE way.
Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month, 7-8:30pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 2945 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK.
Donald Morant
Donald attended his first Real Estate Investment Training Seminar in San Diego, CA, in 1989, and that weekend he caught the bug and has been investing in real estate ever since. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Donald retired in August 2012 after 35 years of working full time serving our countries veterans as the Head of Interior Design and Space Planning for the two VA hospitals, and three VA clinics in and around the Augusta metro area. Today, Donald is a full time real estate investor, mentor and coach.
Justin Anderson
Justin has been involved in real estate since moving to Augusta, GA, in 1998 to build custom homes with his father. In 2002, after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, he went out and bought his first 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental home. That first rental worked so well that he bought another, and another, and another. Since 2003, Justin has been investing in real estate and actively managing his portfolio on a full time basis.
